I came across Craig’s business card at the gym at Leeds Trinity University and did Craig’s 28 day trial package in February 2016.
Craig set up a programme for me which included lots of strength work and high intensity activities to build up my stamina.
Craig’s solution worked. I ran the Leeds Jane Tomlinson 10k in July 2016 and achieved a time of 56 minutes and 21 seconds.
Craig is very friendly. He amends our programme regularly so you lift more weight in the gym and also don’t get bored.
Craig also pushes you to do more but in a motivational way and spends time outside of our sessions in the gym to give information including running plans.
If you ask him any questions by email or text he responds immediately. He is very efficient.
