When I started with Craig, I was looking for additional support and motivation due to some personal health issues to get me back into the gym.

When Craig sets a new exercise, he will demonstrate the correct technique and talk me through it so that I feel comfortable doing the exercise.
My goals remain the same to improve my overall upper body and lower body strength.
Craig is extremely approachable even on my non-session days, which makes it easy to ask questions when needed.
