‘I have a renewed positivity and happiness about going to the gym’

Thinking back, what was the problem you needed to solve when you contacted Craig?

When I started with Craig, I was looking for additional support and motivation due to some personal health issues to get me back into the gym.

I also wanted to increase my overall strength.

 

What do you feel you’ve achieved during your time working with Craig?

Since my time with Craig, I feel more confident and motivated.

I’m really pleased with what I have achieved with my squats and deadlifts. I also feel that I am stronger.

 

What’s different in your life today compared to before you started working with Craig?

I have a renewed positivity and happiness about going to the gym.

 

If you had to pick one thing, what would be your highlight so far? Which thing are you most pleased about?

My overall strength has improved considerably since starting with Craig.

I also have a lot more confidence with leg exercises that I didn’t really do before.

 

How has Craig helped you solve your problem? What do you particularly like about his approach and delivery?

Craig has continually provided me with a wide range of different workouts which we have some wonderful, if not slightly mad, discussions!

This has been really helpful to me as the change in my workouts, such as the combinations of sets, reps, etc, has kept me on my toes and more focused. 

When Craig sets a new exercise, he will demonstrate the correct technique and talk me through it so that I feel comfortable doing the exercise.

 

What are your health and fitness goals from this point onwards? Are they any different to before you started working with Craig?

My goals remain the same to improve my overall upper body and lower body strength.

 

If someone was to ask you your thoughts about working with Craig, what would you say?

Craig is extremely approachable even on my non-session days, which makes it easy to ask questions when needed.
