I have more confidence, a better understanding of workout programmes and a new perspective.

I no longer feel like a big, fat failure if I miss a workout or don't push myself 100% of the time!

 

What’s different in your life today compared to before you started working with Craig?

I have a better understanding of exercise and how for something to change long term, it doesn't just happen in the short term.

 

If you had to pick one thing, what would be your highlight so far? Which thing are you most pleased about?

Having a coach that takes the time to understand your physical and mental wellbeing and what will be the best for you.

 

How has Craig helped you solve your problem? What do you particularly like about his approach and delivery?

His calmness, approachability and friendly nature.

You're never just 'another client' to Craig.

I genuinely don't understand how he remembers every single person's specific workouts and goals every day!

 

What are your health and fitness goals from this point onwards? Are they any different to before you started working with Craig?

To keep building up to a level of fitness that will ultimately make me feel happy with myself.

 

If someone was to ask you your thoughts about working with Craig, what would you say?

Craig’s not a PT that just asks you to drop and give him twenty.

He's a coach that gets to understand how your lifestyle and fitness currently works and what changes you can make together to lead you to your goal.
