My goals were to lose weight, stay active, and reduce injuries from running.
I feel Craig has been really important in helping me maintain my activity with regular gym sessions.
Craig creates workout plans that have allowed me to fit going to the gym into a very busy work schedule and busy home life with two small children.
I've stayed active through two pregnancies, and now I'm managing exercise with two small children.
And doing this whilst improving the conditioning of my body which obviously faces challenges with age.
The variety of the sessions Craig prescribes and how that keeps me motivated to come to the gym each week.
The variety of Craig's plans and how he regularly changes the combinations of reps and sets, as well as the changes to exercises which aids motivation.
Also, the praise received when in the gym with Craig.
He seems to know when is the right time to praise work and when is the right time to try and get me to push a bit harder.
I no longer run as frequently but my body feels in a condition that it would cope with running well.
Apart from running, I think my goals are similar, to keep active and lose weight.
Craig has got me doing exercises in the gym and lifting weights that I never thought would be possible.
But he has managed to do that without me feeling that something has had to be sacrificed.
