Consistency.
I used to follow a pattern of signing up to the gym, going for a month and then stopping for a while, before picking back up in 6 months and trying again, with no real purpose or idea what I was working towards.
I have been going to the gym regularly for so many months now.
I really have surprised myself thanks to Craig.
I feel better and more resilient in general.
But the 4kg of muscle I have put on feels nice as well!
I now turn up to the gym knowing exactly what I will be doing in my workout.
This has improved my confidence massively.
Everything from start to finish has just been what I was looking for and more.
I really would recommend it to anyone, especially if you're looking to build your confidence.
I liked the way we started at a really sensible pace to get used to being back in the gym regularly and then build from there.
I would add everything others have said as well, Craig is professional and experienced with his knowledge but also personable and empathetic.
We're lucky to have him.
Losing a bit more fat should probably be on my to-do list!
It's all personal but I'd say it was one of the best decisions I've made for years.
