I lacked consistency in training and had a poor education in terms of nutrition.

 

What do you feel you’ve achieved during your time working with Craig?

I now find enjoyment in my fitness regime and finally have some consistency with both my exercise and nutrition habits! 

 

What’s different in your life today compared to before you started working with Craig?

I have more energy, more motivation, and generally feel stronger and fitter!

Over the time I have been working with Craig, I am now prioritising my health to the point where it now just feels a normal part of my life.

He is approachable and flexible in terms of your needs.

To maintain my newfound consistency and to continue my journey to a fitter and stronger life.

Deciding to work with Craig has been one of the best decisions I have made.
