I wanted to build a consistent exercise routine, and I wanted to be able to exercise confidently without potentially aggravating previous injuries.
I’ve gone from not exercising at all and not really thinking about my eating habits to consistently working out 3 times a week.
I’ve built a healthier relationship with food and alcohol, and I’ve lost weight.
I feel so much more confident both in and out of the gym, and I’ve become someone who genuinely loves exercising (which I did not see coming!!).
So much! There are the obvious things - I have a consistent exercise routine, I eat better, I’ve lost weight, etc.
But there’s also the other things.
I feel so much fitter, healthier and stronger in myself, I’m sleeping better, my mental health has improved, I’m more productive, and I’m a completely different person in the best way!
The progress I see in the gym - every time I increase weight or reps or sets it blows my mind that I can do the things I do now compared to 6 months ago.
It’s so motivating, and makes me feel so proud!
When I first enquired with Craig, my focus was on the changes other people wouldn’t see - I wanted to feel better, build a routine, and exercise safely.
I wanted to see physical changes as well, but they were never my priority.
My favourite thing about Craig is how real his approach is - he doesn’t focus on your size, he understands that perfection isn’t the goal, he knows (and reminds me) that sometimes life gets in the way and that’s okay.
Everything about Craig’s delivery is so approachable and he makes everything feel achievable, which in my opinion makes me more likely to succeed and reach my goals!
They’re mostly the same, but instead of them being the initial more vague goals like “feel better”, or “build a routine”, they’re more specific.
I want to continue getting stronger, I’d love to continue losing body fat and gaining muscle.
Oh, and I want to do one, single, great pull-up unaided!!
I’d tell them to absolutely go for it.
Working with Craig has been the best thing I’ve ever done!
He says that we do all the hard work, that we choose to make these changes and implement them, but he’s also very modest - I couldn’t have got this far without him (believe me, I’ve been there…) and his support.
