‘I’ve done more in the last 8 months than the previous 5 years combined’

Thinking back, what was the problem you needed to solve when you contacted Craig?

To get back in to doing regular exercise after a long absence.

 

What do you feel you’ve achieved during your time working with Craig?

I’ve achieved my first goal of exercising regularly.

I've done more in the last 8 months than in the last 5 years combined. I've got fitter, healthier and stronger and made progress each month.

The results speak for themselves and Craig has made that possible.

 

What’s different in your life today compared to before you started working with Craig?

I have more energy, I'm more confident and I feel like I want to constantly improve myself.

 

If you had to pick one thing, what would be your highlight so far? Which thing are you most pleased about?

That each time we've done an assessment I've gained more muscle, lost more fat and maintained my weight, which is exactly what I told Craig I wanted at the outset.

How has Craig helped you solve your problem? What do you particularly like about his approach and delivery?

I like that Craig really knows what he's talking about.

He's also very easy to get along with and pushes you without having to scream and shout.

I think he has a very good way with people and can adapt to work with all different types of people with quite different goals.

 

What are your health and fitness goals from this point onwards? Are they any different to before you started working with Craig?

Just to keep on improving month by month.

I'd like to lose a bit more body fat and build more muscle.

 

If someone was to ask you your thoughts about working with Craig, what would you say?

I'd highly recommend Craig no matter what your current level of fitness is and no matter what your goals are.

He’ll help you to achieve them.
