‘I’ve stayed active through two pregnancies and now I’m managing exercise with two small children’

Thinking back, what was the problem you needed to solve when you contacted Craig?

My goals were to lose weight, stay active, and reduce injuries from running.

What do you feel you’ve achieved during your time working with Craig?

I feel Craig has been really important in helping me maintain my activity with regular gym sessions.

Craig creates workout plans that have allowed me to fit going to the gym into a very busy work schedule and busy home life with two small children. 

What’s different in your life today compared to before you started working with Craig?

I’ve stayed active through two pregnancies, and now I’m managing exercise with two small children.

And doing this whilst improving the conditioning of my body which obviously faces challenges with age. 

If you had to pick one thing, what would be your highlight so far? Which thing are you most pleased about?

The variety of the sessions Craig prescribes and how that keeps me motivated to come to the gym each week. 

How has Craig helped you solve your problem? What do you particularly like about his approach and delivery?

I no longer run as frequently but my body feels in a condition that it would cope with running well.

Apart from running, I think my goals are similar, to keep active and lose weight. 

What are your health and fitness goals from this point onwards? Are they any different to before you started working with Craig?

If someone were to ask you your thoughts about working with Craig, what would you say?

Craig has got me doing exercises in the gym and lifting weights that I never thought would be possible.

But he has managed to do that without me feeling that something has had to be sacrificed.
