Thinking back, what was the problem you needed to solve when you contacted Craig?

I wanted to regain strength after my second pregnancy, sort out back issues and have a regular workout plan.

What do you feel you’ve achieved during your time working with Craig?

I have not only regained all my pre-pregnancy strength but have continued to build on that. My back pain is under control, I feel strong and lift heavier than I ever have.

What’s different in your life today compared to before you started working with Craig?

I have always been active but before Craig it often took real effort to get up and do it. Now I have a regular commitment so it takes the thinking aspect out of the equation. I am more consistent than I have ever been and have seen a big difference in my workouts and body composition because of it.

If you had to pick one thing, what would be your highlight so far? Which thing are you most pleased about?

My daughter pretend playing ‘going to the gym’ because she sees me do it. I talk openly and positively to her about it, and she often asks me to teach her what I did that day.

How has Craig helped you solve your problem? What do you particularly like about his approach and delivery?

I owe a lot to Craig! He has a perfect balance of pushing and pulling, he encourages growth without taking risks. He makes us laugh (especially mid plank) while also taking things and goals seriously.

What are your health and fitness goals from this point onwards? Are they any different to before you started working with Craig?

When I first joined, my goal was to fit into my pre-pregnancy clothes, but that was just a starting point. I want to keep building on our progress and trying new workouts. This week, I did my first unassisted pull-ups, something I would never have attempted before the PT sessions!

If someone were to ask you your thoughts about working with Craig, what would you say?

Do it!! You have nothing to lose and a lot to gain.
