Thinking back, what was the problem you needed to solve when you contacted Craig?

I needed motivation to exercise, increase fitness and lose weight.

What do you feel you’ve achieved during your time working with Craig?

Since starting a high intensity interval training (HIIT) programme with Craig’s encouragement at the beginning of January, I’ve lost 9 lbs, 9 inches and amazingly my resting heart rate has gone down from 68 beats per minute to 56!

If you had to pick one thing, what would be your highlight so far? Which thing are you most pleased about?

Most recently, Craig has been great at helping me embrace my latest exercise plan which I feel is really working for me and helping me achieve some great results.

How has Craig helped you solve your problem? What do you particularly like about his approach and delivery?
If someone were to ask you your thoughts about working with Craig, what would you say?

He’s very motivating and encouraging.

I’ve always felt incredibly supported, as well as challenged, by Craig in a way that was both accepting of my physical and mental limits, but also pushed me out of my comfort zone just that little bit more so I could get the results I desired.
