Thinking back, what was the problem you needed to solve when you contacted Craig?

Initially, I wanted to lose weight, with a more focused approach than I was taking at the time through my own workouts and nutrition planning.

What do you feel you’ve achieved during your time working with Craig?

I have achieved my initial weight loss goal and can see clear results from when I started. I also feel a lot healthier, with a greater understanding of how my diet works alongside my training in the gym.

What’s different in your life today compared to before you started working with Craig?

I feel more in control of my weight and nutrition now than I ever did before working with Craig. My weekly routine in the gym is now a lot more scheduled and my training has a clear focus, both in the sessions I spend with Craig and the workouts I do in my own time. My approach to nutrition has also completely changed, I’m not much more mindful of the quality and quantity of the foods I eat, it’s allowed me take much greater control over my diet and overall health, without ever feeling restrictive. I feel in much better control over all aspects of my health now, with a sustainable approach moving forward.

If you had to pick one thing, what would be your highlight so far? Which thing are you most pleased about?

I always thought my answer to a question like this would be the physical changes to my body that I’ve seen since I started working with Craig, but the biggest surprise has been the benefit I feel in my day to day life, from feeling fitter and stronger to having more energy, the difference that I’ve seen in the months since we started have been incredibly positive all round.

How has Craig helped you solve your problem? What do you particularly like about his approach and delivery?

Craigs approach is extremely pragmatic to both my strength training and my nutrition plan. Everything we do has an understandable structure to it and we progress in manageable increments that quickly lead to bigger results, without ever feeling daunting or unrealistic. On the strength side of things, Craig has built up our training so that I’ve felt comfortable throughout with the weights we are using and can now lift more than I imagined I’d be able to, whilst for my nutrition, the approach hasn’t stopped me eating the things I want on a weekly basis by giving me a better understanding of the quality and quantity of foods in my diet. There’s also never been a question that I’ve taken to Craig where he hasn’t had an answer for me, and the way he often encourages discussion rather than a lecture style approach makes our sessions a lot more engaging and beneficial, he’s also gone above and beyond to provide training resources and advice outside of the program we work to and the set times we have booked in.

What are your health and fitness goals from this point onwards? Are they any different to before you started working with Craig?

My goals have become a lot more focused since we started working together and this is mainly due to the higher level of understanding that I have around my training and nutrition thanks to Craigs help. My initial goal was quite generic in that I wanted to lose weight, now I’m keen to see key data set that we’ve looked into such as body fat percentage and muscle mass keep moving in the right direction in the long term.

If someone were to ask you your thoughts about working with Craig, what would you say?

It’s something that I wish I would have done sooner, I feel a lot more confident now in my approach to gym work and training and have a much better understanding of my diet and nutrition. Craig an extremely knowledgeable and genuine person and I look forward to continuing to work together moving forward.
