I wanted to get stronger to improve my running (and hopefully reduce my chances of injury too)!
I’m stronger now and I can feel the psychological benefits that this brings to my running too.
I’ve also developed a genuine enjoyment of training in the gym!
I’ve completed my first marathon, which was my main aim at the outset.

Craig has helped me by listening carefully to what I’m working towards and what I wish to get out of sessions and structuring training plans accordingly.
I like that sessions feel quite informal and I feel very comfortable asking questions about technique and the rationale behind exercises, etc.
More of the same really.
I want to keep on running (hopefully more marathons!) and stay fit, well and injury-free in order to do so.
It’s really enjoyable. I get a lot from our sessions and Craig is really personable, helpful and encouraging.
