I wanted to find the right level of training to do online, to enable me to return to playing tennis after lockdown.
When we did return to being able to play, my goal changed to be to try to reduce injury and sustain my fitness.
I have generally felt stronger and initially, when I returned to tennis after a number of weeks off, it was absolutely fine to pick back up where we left off which was very reassuring.
I now do regular strength training which I have never done before.
For me, the highlight is generally feeling physically better.
Craig has helped me maintain my motivation to continue training. Previously I have tried a few different things but never managed to continue beyond a few weeks.
The workouts feel sustainable in the long term, alongside playing tennis, which for me, is great!
