Thinking back, what was the problem you needed to solve when you contacted Craig?

I needed to increase my fitness and strength with the aim of running longer distances.

 

What do you feel you’ve achieved during your time working with Craig?

I’ve lost fat, gained muscle and increased my fitness.

I feel confident in my new knowledge of how to get fitter and feel better.

 

What’s different in your life today compared to before you started working with Craig?

Exercise has naturally become part of my week.

The structure of the programmes has made me want to progress, and they're pitched in a way so they’re not so easy that they're boring, and not so difficult that they're demotivating.

In general, I’m healthier and fitter.

 

If you had to pick one thing, what would be your highlight so far? Which thing are you most pleased about?

I'm most pleased about my increased strength.

The progression of doing the same exercises with increasingly heavy weights is really rewarding.

 

How has Craig helped you solve your problem? What do you particularly like about his approach and delivery?

Craig’s approach and delivery is great.

He’s calm, supportive and encouraging but direct.

 

What are your health and fitness goals from this point onwards? Are they any different to before you started working with Craig?

The focus on running has gone on the back burner.

Now, I'd like to increase my strength, reduce body fat and get generally fitter.

 

If someone was to ask you your thoughts about working with Craig, what would you say?

Amazing decision, I couldn't recommend Craig more highly.
