'The highlight so far has been winning a boxing match, something which I never thought I could do'

Thinking back, what was the problem you needed to solve when you contacted Craig?

I had a lot of body fat and was heavier than I'd like to have been.

I'm moving (or have moved, depending on when you read this) to Vietnam in January, so I wanted to make sure this year was optimised in terms of achieving my fitness goals of dropping my body fat considerably.

 

What do you feel you’ve achieved during your time working with Craig?

I started off at 85kg and around 23% body fat.

8 months later, I'm now 78kg and 18% body.

There are still 5 months to go before my deadline of January and I'm very confident that with Craig's help, I can achieve my goals.

 

What’s different in your life today compared to before you started working with Craig?

My clothes fit me nicer, I feel and look physically and mentally better.

If you had to pick one thing, what would be your highlight so far? Which thing are you most pleased about?

The highlight so far has been winning a boxing match, something which I never thought I could do.

With Craig's help, I was able to drop weight whilst still maintaining my muscle, as well as building up my cardio so I could perform very well at my boxing training sessions and the match.

I'm certain training and the match itself would've been a lot harder without Craig's guidance.

 

How has Craig helped you solve your problem? What do you particularly like about his approach and delivery?

The results so far would be the easy answer, which I'm extremely happy with.

My body fat and weight have dropped at a very nice and sustainable rate.

However, the best thing about Craig's approach is how easy he is to talk to about anything.

Sometimes I'll send him a general fitness question, which may not even be about me specifically, and he'll take the time to answer it with a very well-informed reply.

This has boosted my knowledge of fitness and nutrition massively.

Also, Craig is very open to making tweaks to the plan as and when we both feel it's necessary.

 

What are your health and fitness goals from this point onwards? Are they any different to before you started working with Craig?

To keep dropping my body fat percentage.

My goal at the start of the year was to get to 12% body fat, which was very ambitious.

I'm confident with Craig that I can get somewhere close to that, at least to the point where I can look in the mirror and feel great. 

 

If someone were to ask you your thoughts about working with Craig, what would you say?

I've got no doubts Craig would be able to help you achieve your goals no matter what they are.

He's very knowledgeable, has great workout plans, and is very easy to talk to.
