I wanted improved workouts to help support my running programme.

My strength has greatly improved and I feel much stronger when running.

 

What’s different in your life today compared to before you started working with Craig?

I very much like the support and 'tweaks' to my programme to support my new and continued goals.

 

If you had to pick one thing, what would be your highlight so far? Which thing are you most pleased about?

My improved strength. 

 

How has Craig helped you solve your problem? What do you particularly like about his approach and delivery?

I love Craig's supportive nature and his ability to adapt programmes to suit changing goals, injury recovery and dietary improvements.

 

What are your health and fitness goals from this point onwards? Are they any different to before you started working with Craig?

I want to run The London Marathon.

I start a new plan in a couple of weeks which is very much a step up from my previous marathon plans.

 

If someone was to ask you your thoughts about working with Craig, what would you say?

Craig is such a nice guy and continually thinks about how he can best support you.
