I was looking to add some lean muscle mass to my naturally slim build, whilst also improving my strength in the gym.
Over my time working with Craig, I achieved more than I imagined I ever would do in the gym!
Craig designed three personal workouts for me, starting with correcting my technique on compound movements, such as box squats and deadlifts.
As my confidence grew, Craig included supersets to cut down on my rest time, as well as a 'finisher' for each workout – usually in the form of HIIT to really push me, which was great!
Thanks to Craig's knowledge, I feel I have a lot better understanding of my body when training, knowing what really works for me and what doesn't.
His passion and care gave me the confidence to try new exercises in the gym and challenge myself to increase my weights, without sacrificing my technique and risking injury.
Craig got me into the habit of writing down all my workouts as a way to keep track of everything and monitor my progress.
Looking back at my first session (including exercises and weights) always makes me realise how far I’ve come and keeps me motivated to continue training hard.
