I wanted to improve and maintain my overall fitness and mobility as I age.

I have achieved a good level of fitness and stamina which helps in my love of walking/hiking.

 

What’s different in your life today compared to before you started working with Craig?

I have more energy and feel I’m well-prepared as I enter my seventh decade.

 

If you had to pick one thing, what would be your highlight so far? Which thing are you most pleased about?

I like the challenges each new programme brings and my determination to succeed in them.

 

How has Craig helped you solve your problem? What do you particularly like about his approach and delivery?

Craig is clear in his explanation about what each exercise will achieve and ensures that good technique is maintained.

On occasions when I’ve had a back problem, recovery exercises are available so I can get back on track as soon as possible. 

 

What are your health and fitness goals from this point onwards? Are they any different to before you started working with Craig?

My goals are the same, I just work with larger weights now. 

 

If someone were to ask you your thoughts about working with Craig, what would you say?

Craig is an excellent and patient trainer and competently answers any exercise or health-related questions.

His programmes are achievable and progress gradually, which encourages you to keep exercising.
