I needed motivation to exercise, increase fitness and lose weight.
Since starting a high intensity interval training (HIIT) programme with Craig's encouragement at the beginning of January, I’ve lost 9 lbs, 9 inches and amazingly my resting heart rate has gone down from 68 beats per minute to 56!
Most recently, Craig has been great at helping me embrace my latest exercise plan which I feel is really working for me and helping me achieve some great results.
Craig drew up an exercise programme for me (including both cardio and resistance exercises) to encourage me to get moving after many months of being sedentary due to my long working hours and complete lack of motivation or willingness to exercise, even though I knew I should be!
Over this last year, Craig has been incredibly patient and understanding in a very encouraging and supportive way, even though I'm sure my resistance and lack of motivation for exercise may have been frustrating for both of us!
